Terms of the table.

1. Who we are and who we aren't

LuckyLarry.club ("Larry", "we") promotes LuckyHash.win under the referral code LUCKYLARRY and may receive a commission on the activity of players we refer. LuckyHash operates the games, holds your bets, pays your wins and sets its own terms. Anything that happens inside LuckyHash — game outcomes, payouts, account decisions, gift-code validity — is governed by LuckyHash's terms, not ours.

2. Who can play

You may use this site only if you are at least 18 years old (or older where local law requires), gambling through LuckyHash is lawful where you are, and you are not using a VPN or other means to disguise your location. You are responsible for knowing your local law. If we believe you don't meet these conditions we may close your account and withhold unredeemed rewards.

3. Your account

An account is an 𝕏 (Twitter) identity plus an XRP Ledger address you prove you control by signing a message in Xaman. Nothing is sent when you sign in. You may link one wallet to one 𝕏 account. We may require minimum 𝕏 account age or history before paying rewards. Keep your own keys safe; we can't recover a wallet and we never ask for a seed phrase.

4. The LLRY token

LLRY is a token on the XRP Ledger issued by an account whose issuing rights have been permanently disabled, so the total supply is fixed. LLRY is a loyalty and rewards token. It is not money, a security, a share, a deposit or a promise of future value. We do not guarantee any price, any market, any liquidity or any buyback. If LLRY trades on a decentralised exchange, that is between you and other holders, at your own risk, and we are not a party to it.

Rates at which LLRY is earned and redeemed are published on this site and may change at any time, including through an automatic governor that lowers emissions when the reward pool is low. Changes apply from the moment they are published and never retroactively reduce LLRY already in your wallet.

5. Earning

You can earn LLRY by playing LuckyHash from your verified wallet (we calculate rewards from net results visible on the public ledger, settled weekly), by referring players who verify and play, through daily claims, and through promotions we announce. Rewards are capped per player per period. We may value bets placed in tokens other than XRP at a market rate we determine, or at zero for tokens we cannot price.

We pay rewards at our discretion and may withhold, reverse or reclaim them where we find error, abuse, or activity we cannot verify. We never pay rewards for activity we cannot see on the ledger.

6. Redeeming "cashing in chips"

You redeem by sending LLRY back to Larry's faucet address at the published rate. In exchange you receive a LuckyHash gift code of the matching value. Gift codes are issued by LuckyHash and subject to LuckyHash's rules; we cannot replace a code once it has been shown to you or redeemed. There is no cash alternative.

You may redeem up to the total amount of LLRY we have paid to your wallet. LLRY acquired elsewhere may count toward tier status but cannot be redeemed. Redemption depends on code availability; if stock is empty your return is held as credit and fulfilled when restocked.

7. Fair play

Don't: run more than one account, use bots or scripts, refer yourself through other wallets, exploit a bug, or interfere with the site or the faucet. If you find a bug, tell us at the address below and we'll thank you properly. Accounts breaking these rules are removed and any pending rewards forfeited. Our decision is final.

8. Play responsibly

Gambling is entertainment with a built-in house edge; rewards here do not change that and will not make you money. Set limits and stick to them. If you want to stop, email us and we will close your account, stop all rewards and ignore your wallet's activity going forward — no questions asked. 9. Privacy

We store your 𝕏 handle and user ID, your XRP Ledger address, an email address if you give one, transaction data that is already public on the XRP Ledger, and basic logs (IP address, timestamps) for security. We use cookies for your sign-in session and to remember who referred you. We do not sell your data. We share it only when the law requires or to run the service (for example, with Xaman to build a transaction for you to sign). Email us to see or delete what we hold.

10. The usual

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using LuckyHash, from the price or availability of LLRY, from ledger or wallet failures, or from our site being down. Our total liability to you is limited to the LLRY we owe you under these terms. We may change these terms by posting a new version here; continuing to use the site means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — to be completed].
